Android and iOS

Mobile app developmentfor businesses

Apps for customers, staff and field teams on Android and iOS. We cover everything it takes to run: the app itself, the server, the admin panel and store publishing.

Why an app

You need an app when a website is no longer enough

  • Customers come back often

Orders, bookings, loyalty points, purchase history. When someone uses a service every week, a home-screen icon and push notifications beat a browser bookmark.

  • Your team works outside the office

Couriers, drivers, technicians, sales reps. They need routes, task lists and photo reports on their phone, not calls to a dispatcher and paper sheets.

  • Signal is patchy

Warehouses, basements, roads out of town. The app keeps data on the phone and sends it as soon as there is a connection.

What is included

More than screens on a phone

  • Apps for Android and iOS
  • Backend and API
  • An admin panel for your staff
  • Push notifications and in-app payments
  • Links to your CRM, 1C and website
  • Publishing to Google Play and the App Store

Our experience

We ship our own apps too

TKO Map helps waste-collection operators: drivers get routes and addresses in an Android app, dispatchers get a map with statuses. MInfra is for system engineers, with an SSH client and domain and certificate checks. We built and maintain both ourselves, and MInfra is available on Google Play.

How the work goes

Five stages, with something to see after each

  1. 01

    Scenarios

We work out who will use the app and what they need to get done in a couple of taps. Extras wait, so the first version ships sooner.

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

You get a clickable prototype to open on your own phone and walk through the main scenarios before development starts.

  3. 03

    Development

We build the app and the backend. After every stage you get a build you can install and try.

  4. 04

    Testing and publishing

We test on different devices, prepare the store listing and screenshots and get through Google Play and App Store review.

  5. 05

    Support

We watch crash reports and reviews, ship updates for new Android and iOS versions and add features.

Cost

What the price of an app depends on

We name the price and timeline after talking through the task and fix them before work starts. The main factors:

  • One platform or both Android and iOS
  • How many screens and user types
  • Whether you need a backend, admin panel and accounts
  • Payments, maps, camera, offline mode
  • Data exchange with your systems

Questions

What people ask before ordering an app

How much does a mobile app cost?

A simple single-platform app and a service with accounts, payments and an admin panel differ many times over in scope. We estimate after a call and fix the price before work starts. It often makes sense to launch a first version with the core features and grow it based on user feedback.

Should we build for Android and iOS at once?

It depends on who the users are. For staff, Android is often enough, since the company chooses the phones. For customers you usually need both. Both apps can share one codebase, which costs less; we will discuss whether that suits you.

Who publishes the app to the stores?

We do. We prepare the description, screenshots and privacy policy and get through review. The developer account is best registered to your company, so the app belongs to you.

What happens after launch?

Apps need updates: new Android and iOS versions come out and store rules change. We can take on support or hand the project to your team with documentation.

Can the app connect to our 1C or CRM?

Yes, that is a common request. Orders, stock, customers and statuses sync with your system, so nobody has to copy data by hand.

Get in touch

Let’s start with a conversation about your system

Tell us briefly about the task and what you have already tried. The first step is a technical audit, not a development contract.

What happens next

  1. 1
    You send a request

A few lines about the task and a contact for the reply: here, on Telegram or by email.

  2. 2
    A call with the engineer

We go through the task, the constraints and what you have tried.

  3. 3
    Audit and plan

A report with findings, priorities and an estimate for the next step.
