AI that takes action

AI agentsthat get work done

An agent understands a request written in plain words, goes to your CRM, knowledge base or accounting system and takes the action. Every step is logged, and important decisions stay with a person.

Agent or chatbot

A chatbot answers. An agent also acts

  • Creates and updates records

A customer writes: “move my delivery to Friday”. The agent finds the order, checks available slots and changes the date in the system.

  • Pulls data from several places

Stock levels, payment status, contact history. The agent queries the right systems itself and gives one clear answer.

  • Follows your rules

You decide what the agent does on its own and what needs a staff member's approval. It does not step outside those limits.

What agents can do

Jobs you can hand to an agent today

  • Take orders and bookings from chat or email
  • Answer questions about order or request status
  • Fill in CRM records from customer conversations
  • Prepare documents and invoices from templates
  • Reconcile data between systems and flag mismatches
  • Help staff search, calculate and draft

Our experience

We run agents in our own product

ChatBot Builder, our own service, can call external APIs and tools. Building it taught us the main lesson: how to give AI access to systems without losing control.

How we build an agent

Autonomy is earned step by step

  1. 01

    Map the process

How a person does the job today: which systems they open, which decisions they make, where mistakes happen.

  2. 02

    Choose the tools

We decide which systems the agent can reach and with what rights. Anything it only needs to read stays read-only.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We run the agent on real examples from your work, including the awkward and unusual cases.

  4. 04

    Launch with supervision

At first the agent only proposes actions and a person approves them. Once accuracy is good enough, it gets more freedom.

  5. 05

    Monitor and grow

The log shows what the agent did and why. We use it to find mistakes and add new tasks.

Cost

What the price of an agent depends on

We start with a single process, so the first version costs much less than full automation. The price depends on:

  • How many systems we connect and whether they have APIs
  • How many different scenarios the agent must handle
  • Which steps need a person's approval
  • A cloud model or your own on your server

Questions

What people ask about AI agents

Will the agent make a mess of our systems?

Its rights are limited: it does only what is allowed, and risky actions wait for a staff member's approval. Every step goes into a log, so any action can be checked and reversed.

What do you need from us to start?

A plain description of the process, examples of real requests or tasks, and access to a test copy of your systems if you have one. We prepare the rest.

Can the agent work with 1C or Bitrix24?

Yes, as long as the system has an API or another way to exchange data. 1C and Bitrix24 both do. We check this in the first stage, before development.

Why an agent rather than a simple script?

A script works while data always arrives in the same shape. An agent understands free text: an email, a messenger message, a call transcript. Where the format is strict, we will suggest a plain script ourselves.

How much does an AI agent cost?

It depends on the number of scenarios and systems. We start with one process, measure how much time the agent saves, and only then expand.

Get in touch

Let’s start with a conversation about your system

Tell us briefly about the task and what you have already tried. The first step is a technical audit, not a development contract.

What happens next

  1. 1
    You send a request

A few lines about the task and a contact for the reply: here, on Telegram or by email.

  2. 2
    A call with the engineer

We go through the task, the constraints and what you have tried.

  3. 3
    Audit and plan

A report with findings, priorities and an estimate for the next step.
