Servers, sites, domains

Server administrationand website support

For companies with no system administrator, or one who covers everything. We look after your servers and sites, keep them updated, back them up and hear about outages before your customers do.

Sound familiar?

Signs your server needs an owner

  • Nobody knows where the passwords are

Access was with a previous contractor or an employee who has left. Nobody knows what runs on the server or when it was last updated.

  • There is a backup, probably

But nobody has ever restored the site from it. That usually comes to light on the day the copy is really needed.

  • Customers report the outages

The site has been down since last night, a certificate expired, emails land in spam. You find out from an unhappy customer's call.

What is included

What we take on

  • An inventory of servers, domains, certificates and access
  • System updates and patching of known vulnerabilities
  • Backups with regular restore tests
  • Monitoring of uptime, disk space and SSL expiry
  • A write-up of every incident: cause and a plan to prevent it
  • Support for sites on WordPress, 1C-Bitrix and other CMSs

Our experience

We build our own tools for this work

MInfra, our app for engineers, tracks domain and SSL expiry, checks IPs against blacklists and shows server metrics. We use the same approach to monitoring when we look after client servers.

How we start

Four steps from chaos to order

  1. 01

    Audit

We get access, document what runs where and find the urgent issues: outdated versions, open ports, missing backups.

  2. 02

    Clean up

We fix the urgent problems, move access into your company's name and set up backups and monitoring.

  3. 03

    Routine work

Scheduled updates, restore tests from backups and a clear report on what was done.

  4. 04

    Incident response

Monitoring alerts us to a problem. We investigate, restore service and write up what happened, why, and what we did.

Cost

How we price support

The price depends on what exactly we look after and how fast we need to respond:

  • How many servers and sites
  • How neglected things are at the start
  • Whether you need night and weekend response
  • Backup and retention requirements

Questions

What people ask about support

Why not hire our own system administrator?

It is not better, just different. An in-house specialist makes sense when there is plenty of work every day. With one or two servers and a website, a full-time salary rarely pays off, while external support covers the same tasks. Everything is documented too, so it does not depend on one person.

How fast do you respond to an outage?

Response time is set in the contract and depends on the support level you choose. Monitoring alerts us directly, so there is no waiting for a customer to call.

Our site runs on 1C-Bitrix. Will you take it?

Yes. We support sites on WordPress, 1C-Bitrix, Drupal and custom builds: updates, backups, bug fixes and small improvements.

Will we keep the access?

Yes. We work under separate accounts, and the main access to servers, domain and hosting stays with your company. If we stop working together, we hand over documentation and everything we set up.

Can you move our server to Belarus?

Yes, that is a separate service: moving to hosting in Belarus with a verified copy and a way back if anything goes wrong.

Get in touch

Let’s start with a conversation about your system

Tell us briefly about the task and what you have already tried. The first step is a technical audit, not a development contract.

What happens next

  1. 1
    You send a request

A few lines about the task and a contact for the reply: here, on Telegram or by email.

  2. 2
    A call with the engineer

We go through the task, the constraints and what you have tried.

  3. 3
    Audit and plan

A report with findings, priorities and an estimate for the next step.
