CRM, 1C and website integration

Business processautomation

We connect your website, CRM, 1C, email and messengers. Leads go where they should, stock and prices update without copy-paste, and the weekly report builds itself.

Where time goes

Manual work that a system should have taken over long ago

  • Copying between programs

A manager moves website leads into the CRM, an accountant keys orders into 1C. Every transfer takes time and sooner or later ends in a mistake.

  • Friday reports in Excel

Figures are gathered from three systems, merged by hand and emailed to the boss. By the time the report arrives, the data is out of date.

  • A customer slipped through

A request came in the evening, nobody was assigned, there was no reminder. The customer went to whoever called back first.

What we automate

What we are asked for most

  • Leads from the site and messengers straight into the CRM
  • Orders, stock and prices synced between the site and 1C
  • Alerts to staff and customers via Telegram and email
  • Reports and dashboards that update themselves
  • Scheduled exports for accounting and partners
  • Links to payment providers, delivery services and marketplaces

How we work

Understand first, connect second

  1. 01

    Map the process

We walk through how data moves today: who does what, in which programs, where errors and delays appear.

  2. 02

    Propose a design

We show what can be connected directly, where an intermediate service is needed and how much manual work it removes.

  3. 03

    Build the integrations

We connect systems through their APIs, add data checks and automatic retries for anything that fails the first time.

  4. 04

    Launch and reconcile

For a while the new flow runs alongside the old one. We compare results and only then remove the manual steps.

Cost

What the price depends on

We start with the most painful process, so results show sooner and the rest is added as needed. The price depends on:

  • How many systems we connect
  • Whether they have APIs or need file exchange
  • How much data and how often it changes
  • Whether you need reports and dashboards

Questions

What people ask about automation

Which systems do you work with?

1C, popular CRMs, sites on WordPress and 1C-Bitrix, Telegram, email, payment providers and marketplaces. If a system has an API or an export, it can almost always be connected.

What if one of the systems is down?

No data is lost. The integration queues it and resends once the system is back. If something still fails, the person responsible gets an alert.

Will we have to change our software?

No. We connect what you already use. We only suggest replacing a system if it cannot exchange data at all, and we explain why.

How much does automation cost?

It depends on the number of systems and how complex the exchange is. We estimate after talking through the process and name the price before work starts.

Who maintains the integrations?

We can, or we hand them to your team with documentation. We write integrations so another developer can find their way around them easily.

Get in touch

Let’s start with a conversation about your system

Tell us briefly about the task and what you have already tried. The first step is a technical audit, not a development contract.

What happens next

  1. 1
    You send a request

A few lines about the task and a contact for the reply: here, on Telegram or by email.

  2. 2
    A call with the engineer

We go through the task, the constraints and what you have tried.

  3. 3
    Audit and plan

A report with findings, priorities and an estimate for the next step.
